Return and Exchange Policy


If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our Return and Exchange Team via WhatsApp, taking into account the following return and exchange conditions:


If you wish to exchange or return a product without a manufacturing defect or damage:


After purchasing the product, you may exchange or return it, provided that the product is in its original condition and within 3 days of the date of receipt. The product must be shipped to the branch at the customer"s expense, and must be in the same condition as when received. After receiving the product in its original condition, the customer may choose one of the following options:


Refund of the product price via bank transfer. This process takes 5 business days, and shipping costs will be deducted.


Exchange the product for another product, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.


If purchased via installment payment:


Return and exchange policies apply.


In case of a return, the customer will be refunded through the same payment service, with the refund amount limited to the customer"s payments.


Returns are processed only through the online store"s customer service; returns and exchanges are not accepted at any branch locations.


If the product has a manufacturing defect or error:


Customers are entitled to return or exchange a product with a manufacturing defect or error (free of charge) provided the product is in its original condition within 5 days of receipt. The product must be returned to the branch in appropriate packaging. Upon receiving the returned product in its original condition, you may choose one of the following options:


Refund via bank transfer (this process takes 5 business days).


Exchange the product for another product of the same value or receive a refund for any price difference.


If the product is damaged:


If the product is damaged, the customer is entitled to an exchange, provided that customer service is notified of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. The product must be retained, and the damaged product must not be discarded or handed over to the shipping company.
