Fix Keeping is an electronic application provided by ISLAH MOSTDAM Company (CR: 1009193519), which aims to provide home maintenance services. The company is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


Use of the App


The user agrees to use the app in good faith and not to provide misleading information, make false requests, or use the service in a manner contrary to its intended purpose. Use of the app is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older.


The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the app.


Using the app for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.


The user must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or disrupt its systems.


Creating an Account


Upon registration, the user is required to provide their name, phone number, and service location.


The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and bears full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account.


In the event of any unauthorized use of the account, the application administration must be notified immediately.


Submitting Orders and Payments


Maintenance requests are submitted through the application or store and confirmed by customer service.


The application reserves the right to modify prices or cancel orders according to operational circumstances.


Payment is processed through approved electronic methods such as:

Bank cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard)

Digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, STC Pay)

Cash on delivery (if available).


In the case of prepayment, an electronic receipt will be issued to the user via registered mail or within the application or store. The user is entitled to a refund in the event of order cancellation according to the approved refund policy. Maintenance requests are submitted through the application and store and confirmed by the operations department.


The application reserves the right to modify prices or cancel orders according to operational circumstances.


Payment is processed through electronic methods (such as credit cards, digital wallets) or directly to the technical team, depending on the type of service.


In case of prepayment, an electronic receipt will be issued to the user via registered mail or within the application or store.
